This accounting and financial leadership role reports to the CEO and is responsible for establishing and streamlining accounting and financial processes, ensuring compliance to controls, leading and developing the accounting and finance team, maintaining internal and external relationships within multiple manufacturing facilities.
The executive leadership team will rely on your expertise and abilities to develop and manage budgets, communication performance and forecasts, establish and communicate business plans through the organization. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of professional accountants in the disciplines of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting, General Ledger Management, and Treasury.

Assist to develop and execute annual business strategies and priorities
Perform and oversee facility accounting functions ensuring execution compliance with Corporate accounting and finance policies and procedures
Manage and execute month-end close processes ensuring accurate & timely delivery.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and internal management reporting
Develop internal financial reports to communicate facility performance and cost management
Review and approve the weekly Cycle Count results and post to the G/L
Execute capital project reporting
Support fixed asset accounting
Develop and implement business controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records
Support internal and external audit activities
Lead/perform cost accounting functions
Establish and monitor cost system for each facility

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
8+ years of progressive experience in an operations accounting / financial environment (component manufacturing environment)
Experience leading a team of direct reports
Enjoy an autonomous environment with accountability

Audit experience
Excellent computer skills (especially Excel and ERP systems)

Salary: $130,798.00 - $139,563.00 per year
